14K Gold and Pearl Vintage It’s Written in the Stars Pendant

This vintage 14k gold pendant is a playful reminder to have faith in the power of destiny. At the center of the pendant, a pearl makes a Saturn-like orb, held in place by gold rings and a bar that allows the pearl and rings to spin and rotate with three dimensional movement. White gold stars top each end of the bar to complete the pendant’s celestial theme. “It’s Written in the Stars” is stamped across the top and bottom of the pendant in an imperfect font that adds to the piece’s lighthearted charm. When flipped, the pendant is textured with a wavy motif that makes a statement all on its own. 

The shape of the pendant plays with negative space, with a cutout interior that allows for the pendant to simultaneously be oversized but not heavy. The piece weighs 7.85 grams. It is 1 1/4” across, with a 5.3 x 7.8 mm bail. The beautiful pearl is 6.5 mm. The back of the pendant contains the maker’s mark “SRS” and is marked 14k.
