The Story

The phrase “This Be Your Lucky Star” dates back to the Victorian era; here we see it written in German “Er Sei Dein Glucksstern,” bringing a little extra luck to the wearer of this Edwardian pendant. The 14k gold pendant features a three-dimensional star that bisects a surrounding circle hand engraved with writing. Everyone wants a lucky star, and to wear this one around your neck is a gift!

Circa 1900. Sourced on a recent trip to Prague. The pendant is marked for Czech Republic and 14k gold. The pendant measures 11/16” across, plus an additional 4.5 x 6 mm bail. It weighs 1.25 grams.
