These are a beautiful pair of carnelian earrings with diamond leaf details. They feature an oval shaped banded carnelian stone made luminous from the mixture of a blueish purple top layer against the rich orange and red underpart. The carnelian stones are secured with a decorative multi prong setting, and they give off so much warmth and glow.
At the center of each earring is a leaf detail filled with rose cut diamonds. The diamonds vary in size and have an oblong shape that fits into the leaf design. They are about 3/4 carat weight and they are all set in 14k gold.
These earrings have a nice size, measuring 3/4” wide by 1” long. Together they weigh 11.9 grams and have an elongated European wire backing. The earrings are in great condition with just a few prongs missing from the top portion on one side of the earrings. It’s not noticeable and the carnelians are well-secured.
