Art Deco Diamond and Sapphire Platinum Line Bracelet

This is a classic Art Deco line bracelet, featuring 20 Old European Cut diamonds and 20 calibre cut sapphires set in platinum. The bracelet alternates between rows of four of each stone for a striking contrast of pops of blue and white. The calibre cut sapphires have diamond-shaped facets on the top surface of the stone with facets down the sides, which catches a lot of light. The sapphires are well matched and are a deep rich blue that shine even brighter in the sunlight. The Old European Cut diamonds are housed in a hand-carved square setting, bead set with a row of double milgrain work around the border. Each setting is linked together on the backside of the bracelet, so that the bracelet is articulated and has fluid movement. The bracelet has hand-engraved detailing along the sides, apropos of the time period. A classic piece and high-end jewelry staple that will never go out of style. 

The bracelet contains 20 natural antique Old European Cut diamonds that each measure 2.5 mm across, for a TCW of 1.2 carats. The diamonds are G-H in color and VS2 - SL2 in clarity. The bracelet contains 20 calibre cut synthetic antique sapphires that measure 4.5 x 3.5 mm. 

The bracelet is 7 3/16” long and 4.5 mm wide. It weighs 18.4 grams. It has a tongue-in-groove clasp with a safety bar. Marked as platinum.
